Personal / Career Statement

A brief statement describing your career goals, research interests, and how participation in IMPACT-AD LATAM will support your development in ADRD clinical trials and impact the region.

NIH Biosketch

Applicants must submit an NIH-style biographical sketch (max 5 pages). Include your personal statement, positions and honors, and contributions to science. Use the official NIH format (OMB No. 0925-0001).

Institutional Letter of Support

A letter (max 2 pages) from a representative of your institution confirming you have the time and ability to participate. The letter should describe your current role in AD/ADRD research and how the course will support your career.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to begin your application:

Go to ProposalCentral
Visit proposalcentral.com.

Create or access your account
If this is your first time using ProposalCentral, select "Create One Now" and complete your Professional Profile.

Complete your Professional Profile
After completing your profile, you will receive a confirmation number from ProposalCentral. Please enter this number when prompted.

Go to Grant Opportunities
Click on the "Grant Opportunities" tab.

Search for IMPACT-AD LATAM
Search for "IMPACT-AD LATAM".

Begin your application
Click "Apply" to start your application and upload the required documents.
